Do not use this product until instruction sheet inside this kit box has been read in its entirety. To avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injury, all directions must be carefully followed on instruction sheet. This product contains lithium hydroxide (alkali). Do not use on hair that has been treated with a thioglycolate product (curly permed). Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. If hair has been previously texturized or relaxed, apply to new growth only as described in the instruction sheet directions. If texturizer causes skin or scalp irritation, immediately rinse out thoroughly and wash with the neutralizing shampoo in this kit. If irritation persists or hair loss occurs consult a physician. Keep away from eyes. Can cause blindness. If texturizer gets into eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and consult a physician. Serious injury can result if texturizer is ingested. If ingested, immediately contact a physician. Hair burns, always keep hair away from sparks, open flames and excessive heat. Keep out of reach of children.

It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
