Shampoo, rinse and towel dry hair. Blow dry hair and scalp completely and section hair into equal amounts of about 1/2 the length and depth of the comb. Turn on and heat the comb about 2mins. test the temp. with a paper towel( Comb is too hot if it scorches a paper towel if this happens unplug comb and allow to cool). Hold the sectioned hair away from the scalp. Comb hair away from scalp, outward and away from scalp, holding hair tightly against the back of the comb. UNPLUG AFTER EACH USE.
Disconnect the comb from the power source and wipe with a damp cloth before and after each use.

We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid.
