SUGGESTED USES

2-3 drops to your evening bath. A few drops to a cotton wool pad under your pillow before bed.
Use in a vaporizer or oil diffuser for a relaxing room fragrance.
Mix 1 drop oil to 3 drops water and massage into areas of concern.
