If the product you received is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, contact us via phone or email we will correct your order at no additional cost to you.
If you would like to return your product(s) for any other reason, please contact us at info@deluxebeautysupply.ca. Please include a photo of the product(s) you want to return and the reason.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
