Prep:
- Determine the natural depth or level of the hair.
- Next, determine the percentage of gray.
- Determine the desired level and shade.
Application:
- The mixing ratio is 1:2 (1 part color for 2 parts Activating Lotion).
- Wearing plastic gloves, mix color and Activating Lotion in a plastic bowl, using a tint brush (or mix color with Activating Lotion in an applicator bottle, shaking gently).
- Apply color using tint brush or applicator bottle.
Processing time:
- 30 minutes to blend gray hair up to 50%.
- Up to 20 minutes to refresh color-treated or chemically treated hair.
- Up to 10 minutes to tone double processed or highlighted hair
Application for hair has not been colored:
- Section hair into 4 sections for ear to ear and down the center.
- Take ½ -inch sections and apply color starting from the scalp down to the mid-shaft (if ends are porous, don’t pull color through).
- Continue to do this until all four sections are completed.

We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
