- Determine the natural depth or level of the hair.
- Next, determine the percentage of gray.
- Determine the desired level and shade.
- The mixing ratio is 1:2 (1 oz. color with 2 oz. of developer, for a total formula mixture of 3 oz.)
- Pour 2 oz. of developer into a bowl or applicator bottle. Add 1oz. of color to developer.
- Wait one week after a straightening or a perm to color.
Developer Selection
- 10 volume developer for deposit only or 1 level of lift.
- 20 volume developer for 2 levels of lift.
- 30 volume developer for 3 levels of lift.
- 40 volume developer for 4 levels of lift.
RETOUCH APPLICATION
- Section the hair into 4 equal sections (ear to ear and front to back).
- Apply color to root/regrowth area.
- Process for 30 minutes.
- For gray coverage, process for 45 minutes.
- To refresh previously colored hair, work the remainder of the color through the ends and process for up to 5 minutes before the end of processing time.
- Once the hair color has been processed, rinse, shampoo, and condition.
(VIRGIN APPLICATION) FIRST TIME COLOR APPLICATION
- Take 1/2-inch sections and apply color starting 1/2 inch away from the scalp down the shaft of the hair.
- Continue to add color until all four sections are completed. If ends are porous, don't pull color through.
- Process for 15 minutes.
- Apply reminder of color at the scalp area and process for an additional 30 minutes.
- For gray coverage, process for a total of 45 minutes.
- Rinse, shampoo and condition using One 'n Only Argan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner.

If the product you received is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, contact us via phone or email we will correct your order at no additional cost to you.
If you would like to return your product(s) for any other reason, please contact us at info@deluxebeautysupply.ca. Please include a photo of the product(s) you want to return and the reason.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
