STEP 1 - DETOX Shampoo
Rinse hair with warm water thoroughly for 2-3 minutes to loosen and activate the detoxtifying solution . Apply a moderate amount of the Shea-Coco Detox Shampoo into the palm of the hands and massage gently into the scalp from roots to ends. Rinse out thoroughly after fully activating the detoxtifying solution and repeat as needed. Activated Charcoal absorbs all of the impurities from your hair and scalp. Step 2: Apply Shea-Coco Moisture Madness Masque, follow directions.
STEP 2 - Moisture Madness MASQUE
Apply to damp, towel dried hair after using step 1 of the Detox and replenishing system. Apply and massage a generous amount of Moisture Madness Masque to all of hair from the ends of hair up to just before the scalp. Be sure to thoroughly massage into the hair ends. For best results cover hair with a plastic cap and sit under hooded dryer for 15-20 minutes. If not using a dryer, use a plastic cap and let the heat from your head activate the moisturizing system. For deeper conditioning, leave on 5-10 minutes longer. Rinse well and style with Shea Coco Curly Hair Curl Souffle or Shea Coco Natural Hair Styling Cream for best results.

If the product you received is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, contact us via phone or email we will correct your order at no additional cost to you.

We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
