- 1:2 Mixing Ratio - mix together 1 part Wella Colour Charm Haircolor to 2 parts Wella Colour Charm Developer.
- Lightening on first time color-treated hair :
- Apply color to lengths and ends, starting 1-inch away from the scalp.
- Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Apply the rest of the mixture to untreated hair at the scalp area.
- Develop for an additional 15-30 minutes or until color is even.
For darker than natural shade on first time color-treated hair:
- Apply color from scalp to ends.
- Gently comb the hair using a wide-tooth comb.
- Develop 30 minutes check, then process up to an additional 15 minutes if additional coverage is needed.
For re-growth application :
- Apply color to re-growth area.
- Develop 30-45 minutes depending on gray coverage.
For achieving optimum coverage on gray hair:
1. Select a shade level 8 or darker for best coverage; Lighter shades will create a translucent effect.
2. Shades from Natural or Gold Family will produce a more natural result with optimum coverage.
3. Mix with 20 Volume Well Colour Charm Developer
4. Apply generously starting at the area with highest percentage of gray or most resistant.
5. Process for 30 minute, extend to 45 minutes if needed.
6. For better coverage on hair that is more than 50% gray, use a fashion shade from the Red Family and mix with equal parts of Wella Colour Charm Natural or Gold shade at the same level.

We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us.
It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless the product is damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Product(s) returned within 30 days of the original order ship date are eligible for a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) and applicable taxes. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. If your entire order is returned, we will not refund the shipping fees you paid. Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the shipping fees paid on your behalf.
